Valentine Slipper

With this slipper I started with a favorite Japanese floral paper and a fine German ribbon stitched with the words "Forget-me-not". The heel of the slipper displays an antique scrap of a bird and bouquet in glorious detail. It's finished with a lush red velvet bow and an antique button from the Czech Republic. The ribbon and buttons were collected on my trip this Fall. The slipper measures 6 inches.
